Thank you to everyone who attended or supported the 2021 ACLD Foundation Enviable Life Ball at The Garden City Hotel. In total, the event raised over $341,000! This was the first Enviable Life Ball since 2019 and it was so wonderful to have everyone back. This evening was a celebration of hope, life’s little moments, friends, and family. We are pleased you can join us for the Enviable Life Ball after a year long hiatus. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when attending the event:
• If you are unvaccinated, you are required to wear a mask as per the CDC guidelines.
• There are no restrictions in place at The Garden City Hotel, however, if you are symptomatic, or have been directly exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid-19, please refrain from attending the event.
• Guests are free to wear masks if they are more comfortable doing so.

At check-in, there will be temperatue checks along with the following screening questions:
1) Have you exhibited any COVID 19 related symptoms in the past 14 days that include, fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea? (If you are experiencing two or more symptoms then you will not be permitted to enter the facility).
2) Have you tested positive for COVID 19 in the past 14 days?
3) Have you had close contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID 19 or someone who is symptomatic in the past 14 days?
