In-Home Respite:

Provides short-term relief (up to 15 hours per month) for caregivers of individuals with a developmental disability over the age of three. Services are provided in the family’s home.

Main Street

Respite: Provides site-based respite services to adults with a diagnosed developmental disability living with their family in NassauCounty or SuffolkCounty. The program is offered on Thursday and Friday evenings and during the day on Saturday and Sunday at ACLD’s Farmingdale campus.
