About FAC
The Family Association Council, is a committee of the ACLD Board of Directors. Chaired by Gail Hamlin, a member of the Board of Directors and a sibling to a person supported by ACLD, the meetings are held quarterly. The meetings are meant to be an informative forum for family members to learn about the agency and relevant topics such as care coordination, guardianship and trusts and health care services.
You must be an ACLD family member in order to attend the FAC meetings. Meeting notices are mailed and emailed to family members inviting them to attend. Please RSVP to the meetings by clicking the link below or by calling (516) 822-0028 Ext 178.
