On Saturday, June 4th, Richard Liebowitz, the son of ACLD's Executive Director donated his musical talents to raise money for a mural crafted by Splashes of Hope for ACLD's Kramer Learning Center. Splashes of Hope is a nonprofit agency, which created murals and other artwork for medical and social service facilities across the globe. The recital was held at the Centerport United Methodist Church and featured Richard, a tenor who sang alongside Sarah Rose Taylor, mezzo-soprano and Jessalyn Christen accompanist. The recital raised a sdtotal of $2,000 form ticket sales and underwriting and an additional $3,000 was generously donated by the Thomas and Jeanne Elmezzi Foundation
